Flaisir offers free shipping on all orders over $99 to continental USA and Canada. All orders will be shipped via UPS.

Fees for shipments to addresses outside of continental USA and Canada are calculated during checkout.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We hope that you are happy with your order; however, if for some reason you are not, below are the steps to return a product.

Products are accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused with seal sticker in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt. Flaisir reserves the right to deny suspicious returns.

Your payment will be refunded by the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the merchandise.

Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange.
